hey this place is great. i come here time to time to get the pan dulce and its great, you get to see them make it and bring it out of the oven in the back and im super appreciateing of how its made if they run out inside. i dont order online

I ordered tamales, tres leche cake, and empanadas online. I got a notification stating my order was ready. When I got there, it was only 3 other customers and the cashier took very long. When it was my turn, the cashier stated my order was not ready bc they were not paying attention to the online order. The lady apologized, and I was patiently waiting. Then a younger lady comes, I guess the daughter of the owner, and she tells me they dont have 2/3 things that I ordered and offers me something else that I dont want in exchange. The lady was unapologetic and tells me I cant get a refund when I asked. I also let her know its false advertisement if the website has items that they dont actually have available in the store at the moment. The lady was very rude to me and I stayed until I was issued a refund. I literally waited like 30 mins until she cancelled my order and gave me a refund which she should’ve done when I asked the first time. So unprofessional and rude. I will never in my life come here ever again and I hate to think that I was treated this way because I am black.

The best food destination in jurupa valley for pan dulce and bollios. No one comes even close. The chorizo bollio is probably the best thing you can get in this area. High quality chorizo and cheese. Great customer service and they speak English as well. If your looking to impress someone mexican, bring them something from here or bring them here, they will not disappoint

Located in Jurupa Valley, they have a large variety of pan dulce (Sweet Bread), Bolillo (Bread Rolls), Tamales, Champurrado (chocolate-based thick Mexican beverage), and Cafe con Canela☕ Coffee with Cinnamon). And so much more. This morning I stopped by for a Bolillo con Chorizo (Bread Roll with Chorizo melted Mozzarella Cheese on top and a slice of Jalapeno). Served in the morning until gone🤤.

Small place only allows 5 people inside at a time. Everyone working wears a mask no gloves but they have that plastic shield at the registers as well. They have 3 options for tamales Chicken, Pork, and Cheese at $1.80 each. Although they were out of the Chicken by 10am (they must get really busy) and only had 3 cheese tamales left, that was a bummer, they didn't give me an estimated time to wait if they had more so I got what they had. The register ladies were short, not so welcoming and very to the point almost seemed bothered. The maza was brittle for the tamales but it was still good. There is plenty of fresh pan options. There is a charge for using Card
